Christ Junior College - Residential follows a vibrant House System designed to promote teamwork, leadership, and healthy competition among students. The institution comprises four Houses - Amethyst, Sapphire, Tanzanite, and Zircon. Every student is assigned to one of these Houses upon admission, ensuring balanced representation and encouraging active participation in all college activities.

Amethyst (Violet): A semi-precious gemstone known for its rich purple hue. It symbolizes clarity of mind, calmness, and inner strength.

Sapphire (Red): A precious gemstone renowned for its deep blue colour. It represents wisdom, loyalty, and integrity.

Tanzanite (Green): A rare gemstone found only in Tanzania, admired for its striking blue-violet shade. It signifies uniqueness, creativity, and transformation.

Zircon (Yellow): A natural gemstone that appears in various colours, commonly colourless or blue. It is associated with purity, brilliance, and high energy.

Each House is led by a House Leader and an Assistant Leader, who are entrusted with guiding the members, fostering unity, and motivating students to excel in both academic and co-curricular pursuits. Students are required to participate in events organized by the various college associations. Points are awarded to the winners, runners-up, and second runners-up of every event, contributing to the overall ranking of each House.

At the end of the academic year, the House with the highest cumulative score across all events is honoured with the prestigious Ever-Rolling Trophy, symbolizing excellence, teamwork, and exemplary performance.
